1. Course Enrollment & Access
Once you enroll in a course and payment is confirmed, access to course content will be granted.
All course materials are delivered digitally, and no physical items are shipped.
2. Refund Policy
Because our courses contain instantly accessible digital content, refunds are not generally provided after purchase.
However, refunds may be considered in the following cases:
- Duplicate payment or transaction error
- Technical issue preventing access to course materials (verified by our support team)

Once a refund is processed, access to all educational materials, course content, and related resources will be revoked for the specific user.
3. Cancellation Policy

Once access is granted, cancellations will not be processed.
